Cryptology is the 1st compilation of 2006 fresh out of the South African outdoor season. Compiled by the co owners of Timecode, Phyx and Artifakt, it features a cross section of styles uniquely fused together through focused attention on dance floor energy and emotive melody.
New artists featured include Species from Belgrade with their rock solid groove and classic techno sound, Inner Action and Seroxat from Israel with undeniable dance floor stormers, and Multistate from South Africa with their infectious blend of trashy psy and digital chaos. Hydraglyph, the Artifakt, Phyx and Twisted System all supply intense, massive psy bombs while Tickets keeps things dark and musical. 'Cryptology' follows a similar line to previous compilations Firewall and Trojan in other words it's classic Timecode. Always dance floor, always psychedelic, this compilation is extremely well rounded with everything from deep night time to early morning dance floor destructors.
