Klopfgeister
In 2001 Thorsten Paul and Jens Schefzig founded the Project "Klopfgeister". In 2002 they accidentaly played their first Live Set (together with an singer and guitarist, a girl on the violin, a keyboarder and some percussion elements) as an 3 hours Jam-Session. The feedback was marvellous, so they were booked more and more allover Germany and Klopfgeister moved into a real band. Especially Thorsten trained his production skills in Jens studio, whilst Jens learned more about the technical aspects of recording. In late 2003 they discovered, that he word "audio Recording" isn`t a miracle and their sound developed into a mixture of Progressive Trance elements with lots of psychedelic sounds, bright spheres and FX. "Morningtrance" at its best - the perfect description for the first "Klopfgeister" album "sweet compromise", released on Balloonia Records. Their plan for the future is to rule the universe with a smile. So watch out!!
