Diego Pontes, born in Piracicaba, started producing e-music in 2002 and two years later started playing as DJ. In 2006, by the age of 17, he had his first release as Silica by Sonic Tantra Records (India). With a hypnotical and straight style, he’s got some Techno influences but doesn’t leave the psychedelic side behind, bringing a sensation of mental journey, leading everyone to another dimension through a psychedelic trip. Aggressive synthlines and heavy bass are definitely his trademark.
